Voters Assembly Annual Meeting Report & Rescue Fund Update

The Board of Ministry Directors (BMD) would like to thank the congregation for attending the Annual Voters Assembly on Sunday, May 17th.

The purposes for the Epiphany Rescue Fund were discussed at the meeting and revised as:

• Expenses to maintain the south campus for the Ray of Light Christian Preschool as well as fund expansion of the preschool.
• Provide funds for church operating expenses and maintaining solvency should that become necessary.
• Land sale expenses, if any.

Contributions can be made anytime - please note 'Rescue Fund' in the memo line of your check.

The new BMD members starting in their positions July 1, 2009 are:

Steve Autry - President-Elect

Greg Norlie - Treasurer

Rick Kettner - Adult Ministry

Sandy Cassell - Preschool Board Representative

Danielle Jarczyk - Member at Large, SMP

Larry Fleischer - Member at Large

The annual ministry plan and budget for '09-'10 were adopted.
