Your Hard Questions About God Answered

Always wondered about something about God, the Bible, spiritual life but didn’t have a place to ask?  Well, here’s your chance.  A new Bible study topic on Saturday mornings is where you can ask anything you want.  No questions are off limit; all questions will be answered.  Perhaps you have questions like these: “Why does God allow good people to suffer?”; “How much can I get away with and still go to heaven?”; “Will Mormons, Jews or good people from other religions go to heaven?” “If I don’t FEEL forgiven, am I truly forgiven or not?”; “Is there any evidence to support the vast claims made in the Bible?”; “Can’t the OT prophecies which came true in the NT just be explained away as coincidence?”; “How could a man – Jonah – survive three days in the digestive tract of a great fish and really come out alive?”; “Is there an unforgivable sin and how do I know I haven’t committed it?”; “What does it mean to be ‘born again?’ – Is this just some kind of emotional, spiritual experience or something real that I need?”; “Is it possible to harmonize creation and evolution by saying God created but that He used evolution as the process?”;   Next Question:  The one YOU ask…

You can bring your questions to the class or email them in advance to Pastor Mike Zehnder at
pastormike@Godbepraised.com. Emailed questions are answered first because they allow time for preparation of handouts if appropriate, but spur of the moment questions are also welcomed and addressed as time allows.  The class meets most Saturdays in Epiphany’s Conference Room A on the North campus from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. and we start with coffee, fellowship and sharing breakfast items that any have brought.  We usually have between 20-25 people and all are welcome – no need to register.   Questions?  Use the email already mentioned or call Pastor Mike at 480.861.5000.

The Bible as a letter

How's the reading coming? One chapter of the New Testament each day is relatively easy right? What a great way to journey through Lent, Easter and the coming weeks.

The more you read the Bible,
The more you'll love its Author!
