The Pacific Southwest District LWML Convention will be held June 6-8 at the Alexis Park Resort, a non-gambling hotel, in Las Vegas, NV. Women of the Las Vegas LWML zones have been busily planning a weekend of being "One with Each Other and One with Christ." The weekend begins with interest sessions on Friday afternoon, including such topics as Witnessing with Humor through a Joy Box, Hoeless Youth of Las Vegas, Journey with Jonah, Scrapbooking and Journaling, Dealing with People Difficult to Love. The open communion service begins Friday evening and the convention concludes with a worship service on Sunday morning. Plan on an uplifting weekend of inspiration and fellowship.
