Damon Ashcraft is the President of the Board of Ministry Directors
for the 2009 - 2010 term. Damon's responsibilities include presiding at voter's assembly and Board meetings, the appointment
of necessary boards, committees, task groups, enforcement of the Constitution and Bylaws, and additional duties such as communication
between the Board and the Congregation. Damon and his wife Liz have been attending Epiphany since moving to Phoenix in 2005.
Damon's vision for Epiphany include a growing church that offers practical Biblical teachings and classes which allow Christians
to develop their faith and non-Christians to learn about the love and grace of Jesus Christ. Outside Epiphany, Damon enjoys cooking, gardening, travel, and spending time with Liz and their dog
Clayton. He is an intellectual property attorney with Snell and Wilmer and the Treasurer of the Avalon Homeowners' Association. Damon is happy to discuss any of your comments, concerns, or compliments.

Steve Autrey President-Elect

Steve Autrey is serving as President Elect for the Board of Ministry Directors. He and his wife,
Becky, have been attending Epiphany for the past 8 years, along with our 2 sons – Jake and Trace. Steve grew up in Colorado, but has resided in the Tempe/Chandler area for the past 20 years. Over the last
25+ years of his business career he has run many small businesses, serving in such leadership capacities as president,
chief operating officer, vice president of sales and marketing, territorial manager and general manager for various entities. Steve is active in small group bible study, actively participates in the adult education hour and
has assisted with teaching Sunday school.

Greg has been
at Epiphany since 2004 and joined as members that year with his wife Gail (who was his fiance at the time). He has three daughters,
one age 17, one age 3 1/2 and a 1-year-old. Greg's role
as treasurer is to assure that accurate records of all receipts and disbursements are kept and preserved, and submit a written
report of them at all regular meetins of the BMD and the Voters Assembly. Also assure accuracy and propriety of all
financial transactions of the congregation. In addition
to the constitutional duties listed above, he is involved in the budgeting process and advises the board and congregation
as to the financial condition of the congregation, as well as work with any relevant lenders to the congregation.

Originally from Minnesota, Kathy and her husband, John, moved to Arizona in 1987, and Kathy
has been a member at Epiphany since that time. After retiring as office manager of a law firm in 2004,
Kathy has been working part-time as a legal assistant for a number of attorneys. Kathy is an active member
of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League, serving as the Host Convention Committee Chairman for the PSD LWML Convention
which will be held in Tempe in June 2010. She sings in choir and spearheads the programming for Epiphany’s
G.R.O.W. Group (Women’s Ministries).
Kathy is
serving the second year in her two-year term as Board secretary. Her duties in that capacity include attending
all Board of Ministry Directors’ meetings and Voters’ Assembly meetings, keeping accurate minutes and attendance
records.

Rick Kettner Adult Ministry Representative
|
|
Rick Kettner has been in the state of Arizona since the summer of
1977. Born in Detroit, MI, the grandson of a Lutheran Minister, Rick has been living somewhere in the east valley for the
past 30+ years. He and his wife (Vicki) were married in 1989 at King of Glory Lutheran Church in Tempe, and have been living
in Chandler or Gilbert ever since. Rick is an engineer by trade, and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering. He is currently
an engineering manager for General Dynamics, having been with the company for 13 years now. Rick has two daughters (Megan
and Colleen), one confirmed at Epiphany and one currently in process. Rick
is serving his second two-year term as the Adult Discipleship representative and is excited about the coming year at Epiphany
for all ministries.

Jon Dhuse Youth Ministry Representative
|
|
Jon moved from Illinois to Arizona in 1981 to take a job as an engineer with Intel Corp, and started
attending Epiphany shortly after his arrival. Over the years, he has taught most grades of Sunday School,
but has served the longest with the High School youth. Jon was on the church board for 3 years in the late
90’s, serving in the role as Treasurer.
Jon is in his first
term on the board as representative for the Youth Ministry Team – he joined the board after the previous representative,
Pam VanDusen, accepted the position as director of the YMT.

Kim Sietmann Children's Ministry Representative
|
|
Kim is currently the elected Children's Ministry Representative
on the BMD at Epiphany. Prior to this position, she served as Member at Large for two years. Kim and her family have been attending Epiphany for over ten years. They became members in 2002 and
since that time Kim has been active in a few different ministries. She has sung in the Choir, done small group Bible Studies,
and has been involved in various outreach activities for Children's Ministry. Kim is married to Ron and will be celebrating their 16th wedding anniversary in November. Both Kim and Ron
were born and raised in the Chicago area but moved to Chandler in 1994. They now live in Gilbert with three young daughters
named Anna, Erin and Samantha. Kim is also a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, working part time for Scottsdale Healthcare
Shea Medical Center. One of Kim's passions is teaching children
Bible stories and verses through music. She loves working with the kids each Sunday morning, hearing them sing praise to our
God with their lovely voices. She hopes to continue serving with the Children's Ministry Team even when her term is completed
with the BMD in June 2010.

Sandy Cassell Preschool Representative
|
|
Sandy grew up in Detroit, MI with six brothers and sisters. She
retired there in February of 2003 after having worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield for 36 years. She moved to Arizona in
April 2005 and loves spending time with her family that have since moved to Arizona as well. Sandy continues to work in the
health care field as an Eldercare Advisor and is owner of PAL Consulting. Sandy is currently the Preschool Board Chair at Epiphany. Her goal is to keep a balance between work, meditation,
time for others, and time for self - always putting God first and seek His will for each day.

Karen Wilson Spiritual Care Ministry Team Representative
|
In the Fall of 1977 after
building a home in Chandler, Karen, husband Walt, and twin daughters began attending Epiphany. After retiring
as school nurse/Health Services Chairperson for Tempe Elementary District, Karen continued for four years with the Arizona
School Nurse Consortium as seminar planner, secretary, software trainer, and co-author of several sections of the Arizona
School Health Guidelines Manual for Registered Nurses. At Epiphany she has served as congregational
President, Child Care Center Board Chair, Stephen Minister and served on the Personnel Board, Constitution and Bylaws Committee,
and Employee Handbook revision committee Chair. Currently Karen serves on the Spiritual Care Ministry Team
and is their representative on the Board of Ministry Directors, the Ray of Light Preschool Board, continues as an Assistant
Minister, and edits THE STAR weekly newsletter. The Spiritual Care Ministry Team is selected by the
pastor to assist him in providing spiritual care. The Team’s focus this past year has been guest
assimilation and will expand to member retention this coming year.

Dan Pomerenke Facilities Representative
|
|
Dan
was born in Minnesota and moved to Tempe in 1980. He married Valerie in January of 1998 and moved to Chandler.
He and his wife searched for a church for a while and eventually joined Epiphany in 1999. Dan has served
on the Youth Ministry team in 2005-2006 and is currently serving his 2nd year of his term as facilities chair helping
to maintain and improve Epiphany's campus.

Carol Coon Member at Large

Carol & her family, husband Mike and children Sarah &
David, began worshipping at Epiphany in January of 1991 and have been involved in many areas of ministry. Carol
has participated in the Living Way Bible study and was the VBS Craft coordinator for several years. Carol
& Mike currently are part of the Choir. Carol
is beginning her 2nd year of a 2-year term as a Member at Large on the BMD. Carol is working to promote Epiphany's involvement in the Southeast Valley and particularly the
Chandler area organizations to reach out Christ's hands to our neighbors.

Larry Fleischer Member at Large
|
|
Larry
and his wife Susan are long time residents of the Valley and moved to Gilbert in 1998 and have been attending Epiphany since
then. They have two children, Jamie age 10 and David age 6. Larry who grew up in the LCMS church, is a Vice President of Finance
for Apollo Group, Inc., the parent company for University of Phoenix and has been with them for 27 years. Larry is the
facilitator of the Sunday morning "Coffee and Cake" Bible study, sings in the Choir, is a member of Epiphany's
Ironmen, is the coach of Epiphany's COED softball team and has been a past Board President. Larry's role as a member
at large is for one year and includes supporting the many ministries and Boards that are active at Epiphany as well as ensuring
that the Constitution and By-Laws are upheld and the Strategic Ministry Plan is followed by contributing to the Board from
his experience in business and as a long time LCMS congregation member.

Danielle Jarczyk Member at Large

|
Danielle was
born and raised here in Arizona, growing up on the west side of town. She married her high school sweetheart, Doug,
and attended Arizona State University where she received degrees in Bioengineering and Computer Systems Engineering.
She now works part-time for Mitel as a Software Engineer. After hours, she enjoys cooking, writing fantasy novels, and
playing with her 15-month-old son, Derek. Danielle was just elected to the Board as the Strategic Ministry Plan (SMP) Liaison.
During her term she will evaluate, promote, and expand the SMP throughout the various ministries at Epiphany.
